Commercial HVAC controls on this site are the thermostats, fan coil controls, valves, and hotel energy-savings kits Vtronix lists for commercial equipment. Quality control starts with inspection of incoming parts and continues through 100 percent in-circuit, functional, and automatic optical inspection testing. ZonePRO and SuitePRO thermostats
TB7980A1006 is a Honeywell ZonePRO modulating thermostat with 0-10 Vdc control. TB6980A1007 is a ZonePRO floating control thermostat with a single output. The ZonePRO installation guide identifies TB6980A as the single-output floating model and TB7980B as the multiple-output modulating model. For TB6980 models, output 1 is the OPEN and CLOSED pair. Output 2 and output 3 are identified for the B models.
TB7980B1005 is that multiple-output modulating thermostat. The guide says these digital thermostats provide proportional plus integral space temperature control in zoned commercial HVAC systems such as hydronic and pressure dependent VAV with or without reheat. For B models, one application is damper or valve actuator control with duct reheat and auxiliary heat. The feature list on the TB7980B1005 page includes floating control outputs for the T6980, proportional control outputs for the T7980, a digital display in F or C with an output bar graph, PI control algorithms, single or dual-output models, vertical mounting, a two-hour night setback override, remote sensor capability, room or discharge air control, minimum and maximum set point limits, a minimum damper open percentage, 12-second backlighting, and a two-year warranty. Named accessories in the guide include the R841 relay family, remote room sensors T7770A3002 and 50014156-002, bare thermistor 32004800-001, and duct sensor 50014157-001.
SuitePRO fan coil thermostats are on the same commercial list. TB8575A1000 is a 24 Vac model for 2-pipe or 4-pipe systems, with a 3-speed fan and manual or automatic heat or cool changeover. TB6575A1000 and TB6575B1000 are 120/240 V, 3-speed fan coil thermostats for 2-pipe or 4-pipe systems with manual or automatic heat/cool changeover. 50033847-001 is the Honeywell adapter plate used with TB6575 and TB8575 series fan coil thermostats to mount them to a vertical single-gang or double-gang junction box.
TC300, TC500, and fan coil controls
TC300B-G is identified on its page as the TC300 commercial thermostat. TC500A-N is a commercial connected touchscreen wireless thermostat for 5H/3C heat pump or 3H/3C conventional systems.
The fan coil category lists more thermostats and valves. T6811DP08 is a Honeywell LCD thermostat, 120 Vac, for 2-pipe fan coil control. The linked data sheet titles the T6811/6812 series for 110/120/220 Vac and lists T6811DP08 as a 2-pipe model with ventilation and automatic fan marked yes. TF85L-200 is a T200 digital fan-coil thermostat, heat/cool, manual changeover, horizontal, no time delay, degrees F, 24 Vac. TF85L-201 is a T201 with auto changeover and the same horizontal, no-delay, degrees F, 24 Vac description. T5575B-STD is a backlit LCD heat/cool model with a heat valve, no time delay, degrees C or F, and 120-240 Vac.
Electronic 3-speed fan-coil thermostats on that page are the vertical TE63M pair and the horizontal TF63M pair, cool only, with a status light, at 120 Vac and 220 Vac. PI02 and PI03-AUX are digital low-voltage floating thermostats, vertical, with internal and remote sensors. PI04 is the modulating version, 0-10 V or 2-10 V. Valve and actuator cards include V8043E1145, a 3/4 inch NPT normally closed zone valve, 3.5 Cv, 24 V; VCZAL1100, a 3/4 inch female NPT VC valve assembly, 4.7 Cv; and VCZAR1100, a 1 inch female NPT assembly, 6.6 Cv. The VC series submittal describes a bronze body, a replaceable cartridge, two-way bodies that may be plumbed in either direction, and actuators ordered separately.
Hotel room energy savings
HESK120V and HESK220V are energy savings kits. Each page says the kit includes the main board and two door switches, part 520025-000. HESK120V is 120 Vac, 50/60 Hz. HESK220V is 220 Vac, 50/60 Hz. The specification linked from those pages says the kit can send a dry contact to a digital thermostat to raise the cooling setpoint when the room is not occupied, or it can turn off the line-voltage input to the air conditioner. It names a passive infrared detector and a door sensor. Power consumption is 4 VA maximum. Relay 1, for a mini-split, is rated 10 A at 240 Vac resistive. Relay 2, for a fan coil, is rated 3 A at 240 Vac resistive. Board size is 3 3/4 by 3 3/4 by 1 3/4 inches.
i-Save is the i-Save 2 hotel room energy savings control system. i-save1001 is a hotel room energy savings key card system at 120 Vac. i-save1002 is the key card system at 220 Vac. Wired mini-split and fan coil controls, including flush-mount WLTH-010 at 120 VAC and WLTH-020 at 220 VAC, are listed on Mini Split Controls.
