VCZAR1100

The submittal says a VC hydronic valve is a valve body plus a replaceable characterized cartridge, and that replacing the cartridge rebuilds the valve. Two-way bodies may be plumbed in either direction. Actuators are ordered separately. Nominal specifications include an operating ambient of 32 to 150 F at 5 to 95 percent RH non-condensing, fluid temperatures of 34 to 203 F, and shipping and storage from -40 to 150 F. Materials listed are a bronze body, a Ryton and Noryl cartridge, EPDM O-rings, and a stainless steel stem. Pressure ratings listed are 300 psig static maximum, 1500 psig burst, and 60 psi maximum operating differential and close-off. Stem travel is 0.4 inches.
