Fan Delay

CBX99100

Fan Delay Board.

The CBX99100 specification describes a one-speed fan-off delay board for a line-voltage fan motor in air-conditioning and heating systems. It is powered by 24 Vac and accepts a 24 Vac fan signal from the thermostat. The sheet says there is no fan on delay, and a fixed 90 second post fan off delay after the thermostat G signal turns off.

Spade terminals are used for R, C, and G, plus an X terminal for the transformer hot 24 Vac input. The board and its 24 Vac output to the thermostat are protected by an inline 5 A replaceable blade minifuse. Fan connections are quick connects on the relay. Electrical ratings are a nominal input of 24 Vac, an operating range of 18 to 30 Vac, and fan outputs of 12 FLA (30 LRA) at 240 Vac. PCB size is 2.5 by 2.5 inches. Line-voltage connections are 0.250 by 0.032 inch quick connects on the relay. The dated sheet is marked 9-25-24.
