R60B-45/S2
R60B Fan Delay Board. 1s ON delay, 45s OFF delay. 2.5" x 2.5".
Documentation
The R60B specification describes a one-speed fan board for a line-voltage fan in air-conditioning and heating systems, powered by 24 Vac with a 24 Vac fan signal from the thermostat. Timing is a fixed 1 second fan on delay and a fixed 45 second post fan off delay after G turns off. R, C, and G use screw-in terminals. Fan connections are quick connects on the relay. This page already states the 1 second on delay, 45 second off delay, and 2.5 by 2.5 inch size.
Electrical ratings are a nominal 24 Vac input, 18 to 30 Vac operating range, and fan outputs of 12 FLA (30 LRA) at 240 Vac. PCB material is CEM 1. Operating temperature is -40 F to 158 F and storage is -40 F to 185 F. Operating humidity is 10 to 95 percent non-condensing from -22 F to 104 F, and storage humidity is 10 to 95 percent non-condensing. The sheet says there is no damage from 5 G sinusoidal acceleration at 10 to 150 Hz, and relay life is 100K cycles at full load. PCB size is 2.5 by 2.5 inches. Four blank quick connects are provided for unused fan-speed wires.
